Anglo American Processing Learnership: Anglo American/De Beer Group, a global diversified mining business that provides metals and minerals invites interested applicants to apply for a learnership programme in Cadet Processing.
The successful candidates will develop skills in Metallurgical Process Operation during an 8-month unemployed learnership programme. Furthermore, they will receive a monthly allowance which will assist to cover transport costs and other basic necessities.

Anglo American Processing Learnership Programme Minimum Requirements:
- Interested applicants must be South African citizens who are in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Must have passed Mathematics, Physical Science and English with 40% and above.
- Be medically fit and prepared to work on surface.
- Work in accordance to work schedule of area and could possibly involve working shifts.
- Ability to pass the relevant psychometric assessment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- A South African Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
