AECI Business Administration Learnership: AECI is looking for highly-motivated individuals who are hungry for success to apply for its NQF level 4 Business Administration Learnership.
The successful candidate will be working in the Food & Beverages Pillar and will be responsible for performing essential front desk administrative duties including answering of phone calls, receiving and directing guests to their specific destinations.

AECI Business Administration Learnership Minimum Requirements:
- Must in possession of a Grade 22 certificate.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Self-motivated and self-driving
- Ability to commit to the learnership programme.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- File and maintain records.
- Scan in POD’s and invoices into the system
- Generate Purchase orders for non-stock items such as stationery, groceries, and so forth.

- Collect, sort, distribute, prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries both locally and internationally.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ensure Zero Harm and adhoc office administration tasks as required.
- Welcome and direct guests to their destination.
- Answer phone calls.
As much as I love to apply for these learnerships their location are too far from me as I am from Pietermaritzburg I have IT certificate and I am still unemployed I wanted to do something.
