- Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate. A pass in Travel And/OR Tourism will be an added advantage. A 60 % and above pass mark in English is required.

- Assist special need passengers and premium passengers within the airport environment.

- Ability to travel in the morning to start a 4am shift, and at night after a 11pm shift.
