Standard Bank Cash Consultants Minimum Requirements:
- Interested applicants must be in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate. Although not required, a related NQF level 5 qualification will be an added advantage.
- Ability to generate ideas, examine information, provide insights, explore possibilities, make decisions, manage tasks, follow procedures and adopt practical approaches.
- Familiar with legal aspects regarding handling cash.
- Good communication skills and clear criminal record.
Additional Requirements:
- Customer understanding and product knowledge.
- Banking processes and procedures.
- Customer acceptance and review.
- Application and submission verification.
- At least 1-year previous work experience in a branch environment.
- Knowledge and understanding the bank’s laid-down policies and procedures related to frontline support, bulk cash and ATMs.
- Knowledge of the functions of other departments within the branch.
