Standard Bank Cash Consultants Minimum Requirements:

• Interested applicants must be in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate. Although not required, a related NQF level 5 qualification will be an added advantage.
• Ability to generate ideas, examine information, provide insights, explore possibilities, make decisions, manage tasks, follow procedures and adopt practical approaches.
• Familiar with legal aspects regarding handling cash.
• Good communication skills and clear criminal record.

Additional Requirements:

• Customer understanding and product knowledge.
• Banking processes and procedures.
• Customer acceptance and review.
• Application and submission verification.
• At least 1-year previous work experience in a branch environment.
• Knowledge and understanding the bank’s laid-down policies and procedures related to frontline support, bulk cash and ATMs.
• Knowledge of the functions of other departments within the branch.
