Call Centre Learnership Programme Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants interested in this learnership programme must be unemployed South African citizens.
- Must be between the ages of 18 – 29
- Be in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Not currently studying, and have not previously participated in a YES programme.
- Good communicatiom skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to resolve conflict.
