FSCA HR Learnership Programme 2023/24: The Financial Sector Conduct Aunthority (FSCA) has an exciting Human Resources learnership opportunity for interested applicants who are in possession of a Grade 12 certficate.
No experience is required to qualify, and there is no age limit. As an Employment Equity employer, FCSA encourages individuals living with disabilities, and this must be declared in their application for the learnership programme.
Upon completion of the programme, successful learners will obtain a qualification that will assist them in entering the job market.
During the programme, learners will develop critical professional skills in the learning and development function at the HR Department of FSCA, and they will receive a market-related allowance to help them with their basic needs.

FCSA HR Learnership Programme 2023/24 Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed Grade 12/Matric.
- South African citizens with no work experience.
- Time management and good communication skills.
- Problem-solver and good ethical behaviour.
- Initiative, enquiring mind and accountability.
- Integrity, agility, collaboration and excellence.
- Passion to work in the financial services sector.
- Have no previous work experience.
