Fraser Alexander Learnership Programme (All Provinces) : Fraser Alexander invites innovative individuals to apply for a Learnership Programme in Mineral Processing.
Successful candidates will be relocated to Fraser Alexander sites within South Africa. They will be provided with an advanced learning structure that will equip them with professional skills in mineral processing.
At the end of the programme, learners who managed to successfully complete the programme will obtain a National Certificate in Mineral Processing.
No experience is required to qualify, and there is no age limit.

Fraser Alexander Learnership Programme (All Provinces – Minimum Requirements:
- Unemployed enthusiastic individuals who passed Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have not previously participated in a similar programme.
- Clear criminal record.
- Positive attitude and be willing to relocate to Fraser Alexander sites within South Africa for the duration of the programme.
- Only candidates who attended the Royal Bafokeng Career Fair will be considered.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Ability to make innovative ideas.

Duties And Responsibilities:
- As a learner, you will be required to gather information and participate in theoretical and practical learning components.
- Participate in meetings and workshops through internal customer engagement, partner and stakeholder relationships.
- Improve business ideas or make innovative ideas.
- Complete fieldwork as and when required.
- Visit different work sites.
