FNB ATM Assistants Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate. A relevant NQF level 5 qualification will be an added advantage.
- Customer service skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of previous work experience in a retail environment.
- Willing to work shifts and on weekends.
- Interpersonal relations, team player.
- Clear criminal amd credit record.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the bank and provide them with excellent customer service
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the correct service channels as per their banking and financial needs.
- Manage customer waiting experience by ensuring that the queue flows within the bank.
- Direct customers to self-service and e-channels as per their requirements.
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Prevent complaints by identifying customers that need additional assistance on alternatives digital channels.
- Adhere to quality service standards and contribute to teamwork.
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through utilizing work related resources.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
