FNB ATM Assistants Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate. A relevant NQF level 5 qualification will be an added advantage.
• Customer service skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Vodacom Call Centre Agents

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of previous work experience in a retail environment.
• Willing to work shifts and on weekends.
• Interpersonal relations, team player.
• Clear criminal amd credit record.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the bank and provide them with excellent customer service
• Understand customer requirements and direct them to the correct service channels as per their banking and financial needs.
• Manage customer waiting experience by ensuring that the queue flows within the bank.

Capitec Bank ATM Assistants

• Direct customers to self-service and e-channels as per their requirements.
• Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
• Prevent complaints by identifying customers that need additional assistance on alternatives digital channels.

FNB ATM Assistants

• Adhere to quality service standards and contribute to teamwork.
• Contribute to cost efficiencies through utilizing work related resources.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
