De Beers Learnership Opportunity Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 and a valid Code 10/C1 driver’s license.
- South African citizens.
- Reside in the labour sending area of Musina or Blouberg Municipality.
- Ambitious and willing to learn and grow.
- Must not be part of any other learnership programme.
Shortlisting Requirements:
- To be considered for the programme, shortlisted candidates must have passed the Dover and Heat Tolerance Tests.
