Duties And Responsibilities:
- Welcome client into the bank and direct them to the relevant consultant or self-service zone.
- Keep the bank’s queue flowing by controlling the queueing process, prioritizing clients with special needs.
- Address log in issues and help customers in using digital and self-service devices.
- Help customers obtain their bank cards and statements from self-service devices.
- Educate clients on how to complete an application or other services online.
- Inform clients on the progress of their applications.
