SAA Learnership Programme 2023: South African Airways invites interested applicants who are customer centric to apply for a Cabin Crew Skills Development Programme.

During the programme, learners will be equipped with skills that will assist them in providing passengers with quality, excellent and professional customer service during flights.

Successful candidates will be working at all areas of the airport, and will earn a monthly allowance for the duration of the skills programme.

SAA Learnership Programme 2023 – Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be South African citizens who are between the ages of 18-35 years of age.
Be in possession of a valid South African Identity Document.
Must have passed Grade 12

CV Registration – Airlines Job Database 2023

Clear criminal record and well groomed.
Have reliable transport
Body Mass Index (BMI) of not than 35, with a minimum of 1.6m height.
Willing to undergo intensive training programme when required, assessment, attend interviews.
Good communication and swimming skills.
Customer centric, caring disposition.
Work well under pressure.
