Capitec Client Care Agents Minimum Requirements:
- Interested applicants must have passed Grade 12.
- Passion for service in the banking industry.
- Customer centric
- Willing to work shifts, on weekends and publoc holidays.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Traffic Law Enforcement: General Workers
- Interpersonal relations and attention to detail.
- Telephone etiquette
- Previous work experience in an inbound call centre and customer service role advantageous.
