Learn From Home Learnership Programmes: Speccon Holdings invites unemployed youth who are between the ages of 18-34 to apply for learnership programmes, where they will earn a monthly stipend of R3 000. At the end of the programme, learners who successfully complete the programme will obtain a qualification.
Candidates who are above the age of 34 and wish to enhance their skills may apply for a free course, which allows them to study from home. At the end of their assessment, they will receive a qualification. There is no age limit to qualify for any of the free courses therefore anyone can apply. There is no stipend for the online free courses.

For each learnership programme, there are various NQF Levels, therefore applicants may apply for any level, depending on their academic background. A monthly Stipend will be paid to successful candidates for the duration of the programme.
