Home Affairs Department: Learnership Programme In All Provinces: The Department Of Home Affairs in partnership with PSETA invite unemployed youth to apply for the Cadet Learnership programme – 2023.

The successful candidates will be based in various Home Affairs branches across the country where they will receive both theoretical and practical training, which will assist them in gaining meaningful skills and experience to help them enter the job market.

Work From Home: Online Job Opportunities

During the programme, learners will be exposed to the Department’s Civil and Immigration Services. At the end of the learnership, they will obtain a National Certificate: Home Affairs Services.

Stipend: R4 500 per month

  • Applicants must be unemployed youth between the ages of 18-35.
  • Must be South African citizens
  • Be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate.
  • Not have previously participated in a Home Affairs Services learnership programme.
  • Reside within close proximity of the office where the post is based.
