Bankseta: Banking Service Learnership: Interested applicants are invited to apply for a 1-year learnership opportunity at Bankseta. Successful candidates will step into the world of banking where they will be placed in different banks.
Learners will be hosted by either Nedbank, Standard Bank, First National Bank, or ABSA, where they receive practical learning and obtain workplace exposure.

At the end of the programme, all learners who successfully completed their training in the Letsema programme will obtain a NQF Level 5 qualification in Banking Service Advice.
Learners who have completed their training in the Kuyasa Programme will obtain a qualification in Business Analysis.

The Banking Sector Education and Training Authority (BANKSETA) is an organization in South Africa that provides skills development and education within the banking and financial services sector.
Purpose Of The Bankseta Learnership:
Bankseta aims to provide unemployed youth with the necessary skills and qualification required in the banking and financial sector in order to meet the industry’s skills development needs.

- Letsema : Banking Service Advice Learnership For People With Grade 12
- Kuyasa : Business Analysis Learnership For People With a Post-Matric Qualification in Bachelor of I.T, Business Systems Technology, Information Sysyems, National Diploma in Business Applications, National Diploma In I.T (Business Analysis), or Diploma in Business Informatiom Technology

Duration: One Year
Location: All Provinces (Nationwide)
Monthly Stipend: R3 500 – R6 000, Depending On The Programme

Bankseta: Banking Service Learnership – Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be available for the duration of the programme
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must be under the age of 35 as of February 1st, 2024
- Unemployed South African citizens with good communication skills
- Not be participating in another learnership programme
