Matric or equivalent qualification
Previous relevant job experience advantageous

Duties and Responsibilitie:

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
Contact customers to discuss overdue payments
Negotiate and setup payment arrangements
Update customer information, and maintaining records of communication
