- Logistics Coordinators will be responsible for coordinating shipments and managing transportation schedules. They must communicate with drivers efficiently to ensure timely delivery of packages
- Warehouse Staff will be responsible for organizing and sorting packages at Ram Courier warehouses.
- Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for responding to customer queries, addressing customer complaints and needs, tracking shipments, and ensuring a positice customer experience
