Safe-Hub Sports Organizers: Safe-Hub is looking for talented individuals that will encourage the youth to participate in sports through planning and implementing peer-based activities.
As Safe-Hub Mobilisers, the successful candidates will promote physical activities and teamwork, and will mobilise and register young people while distributing information and knowledge through various platforms.
To be considered for the role, interested applicants must be fluent in English, have passion for sports and youth development and be able to organize events.

Safe-Hub Sports Organizers Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Required)
- Be between ages of 18-34 and in possession of grade 12 / matric certificate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
SANDF – Reserve Force Enrolment
- Have problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal relations ability to build strong relationships with people
- Strong communication skills in english and any other South African language
Additional Requirements:
- Strong digital computer skills
- Previous work experience in youth development programs, engaging with community members will be a added advantage
- Attention to detail
Drone License and Drone Pilot Scholarship
- Work well independently
- Passionate about developing the youth
- Able to change the status quo delivery practical activities and training content, and apply personal development strategies
Duties and Responsibilities
- Encourage and promote youth participation in sports through outreach programmes
- Deliver practical activities, training content, and assessment frameworks
- Apply personal development strategies and skills to enhance effective service delivery
- Advocate the importance of sports to the youth to promote physical health and mentally well-being
- Provide more sports knowledge and information to the youth
- Promote diversity within sports programmes and support youth sports initiatives
- Mobilise and register young people
