Duties And Responsibilities:
- Understand employee relations and assist with wellness initiative programmes
- Prepare timesheet calculations and overtime allowances then submit them to HR Administrator for approval
- Source training suppliers for employee development and ensure that booked employees attend
- Participate in interviews for new hires
- Assist with onboarding and orientation process
- Manage employee files
- Give input in employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
