Momentum Short-Term Insurance Learnership
Momentum interns will be part of a dedicated sales team and they will be responsible for advising customers on different Insure products while selling them to potential customers.
Interns will be guided and monitored by Momentum Insurance professionals that will ensure that they meet sales targets on a monthly basis.
Purpose Of The Programme:
The aim of the programme is to groom and train young females in the customer service field. They will gain industry exposure, product familiarity and how to deal with customer queries and concerns
The successful candidate will be responsible to advise and give of knowledge about investing in Momentum as acompany ,require to generate new business by selling the Momentum Insure products to potential customers.

- Bachelors/ NQF Level 7 in sales and marketing
- Have a clean criminal and credit record
- Women not over the age of 34 years and less may apply

Duties and Responsibilities
- Be part of a full-time structured rotational training programme that will focus on the Short-term Insurance knowledge, products and systems, sales techniques as well as behavioural competencies.

- Receive exposure to different aspects of the Short-term Insurance industry and enable on focusing on building a more comprehensive skill set.
- Contain valid and corrective information on momentum sales products when selling to potential customers.
- To build rapport and educate potential clients from targeted groups as well as the public.
- Grant excellent customer service to customers and advise momentum clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Participate in the scheduled Momentum Insure campaigns at the allocated sites.
