Submit Your CV At Mugg & Bean – Duties & Responsibilities Per Role:
- Cashiers
Handle customer transactions and operate the cash register.
- Kitchen Staff
Prepare customer orders and manage kitchen stock.
- Food & Beverage Servers
Take customer orders, make recommendations, serve orders, and handle customer queries.
- Cleaners
Keep the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms clean and hygienic at all times.
- Shift Supervisors
Oversee staff and ensure that all staff attend to their shifts as planned.
- Managers
Manage the operation of the entire restaurant like stock, finance, staff and ensure that customers have the best dining experience.
- Baristas
Prepare coffee and other hot beverages, and operate the coffee-making equipment.
