Komatsu YES Programme – HR Training: Unemployed individuals who are between the ages of 18 – 35 are invited to participate in a Human Resources training within Komatsu’s HR Department.

Interns will receive training and mentorship where they will be equipped with skills and knowledge needed in human resources roles.

Programme Purpose:

As part of government’s initiative to address youth unemployment, Komatsu aims to provide unemployed graduates who are in possession of a Human Resources or Industrial Psychology qualification with practical training within its HR Department.

The selected candidate must be able to Recruit individuals for open positions within the organization and complete the necessary steps to screen them for hiring.
Must ensure a safe workplace, oversee and conduct safety training
Manage workplace injury logs and reporting and handle any worker’s compensation needs that may arise
