FNB Learnership – R6 441 Per Month: First National Bank (FNB) seeks to give young minds a chance to gain insights and understanding in the banking industry.
With its learnership Programme, participants will gain financial literacy and work-related training in customer services, bank operations and administration.
GYB Phase 1: School Assistants – 2024
The incumbents will be responsible for delivering tasks in order to execute predefined work objectives such as customer service and administration.
Furthermore, they add value to the business area and will be expected to fulfil all the requirements of the programme.

FNB Learnership – R6 441 Per Month – Minimum Requirements:
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work in a team
- Be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate
- Have interest in the banking industry
- Team player, organized, self-motivated
- Integrity, ethical, honesty
- Interpersonal skills
- Clear criminal record and clear credit record
Duties And Responsibilities :
- Resolve customer queries
- Provide efficient customer service
- Execute administration duties
- Contribute to team efforts to gain operation and administration skills
