To qualify as an Exam Assistant, interested applicants must have numerical skills, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

During the marking session, the role of the candidates is to check, scan and distribute the correct number of exam scripts to marking teams.

Furthermore, they must ensure that scripts and marksheets are packed per batch for the correct marking venue.

Successful candidates earn a monthly stipend and do not work during public holidays.

Matric Re-write Exam Assistants – Minimum Requirements:

To qualify as an Exam Assistant, applicants must be South African citizens, have good communication and numerical skills, have attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have passed Matric or currently registered at tertiary institution
Must have passed Mathematics/Maths literacy and Accounting
Be between the ages or 18-35 years

Scan and control scripts
Check if marks have been correctly added and correctly transferred to the front cover of the script.
