- Assist customers in finding products

- Handle cash and card transactions, manage Lay-Bys
- Process customer refunds
- Ensure till balancing
- Maintain correct pricing and display of stock

- Stay updated with promotional activities
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Tag products according to company policy
- Participate in stock takes
