Capitec ATM Assistants – August 2024: As Capitec Assistants, successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with ATM transactions.
ATM Assistants, also known as Capitec Bank Better Champions, should possess customer service skills, be energetic and friendly, have the ability to stand for extended periods, and be willing to work shifts.
They will also be responsible for welcoming clients into the bank and manage the queue through reffering clients to the bank’s consultants for further assistance.
