- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in working with children
- Ability to operate in collaborative learning environments
- Willing to learn and grow
- Teaching certification or working towards
- A relevant tertiary qualification or working towards
JMPD – 2025 Traffic Controllers
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Help prepare learning materials.
- Provide individual support to learners with their homework.
- Develop an effective teaching method to support learners.
- Adapt to learner needs and design conceptual units that honour learner’s pace.
- Supervise learners inside and outside the classroom.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the teacher.
- Teach and manage the classroom when the teacher is absent.
- Participate in staff development opportunities.
- Engage in curriculum development plannings.
