Early Childhood Development Learnership 2025 – Interested applicants who wish to possess an ECD certificate are invited to apply for a learnership. During the learnership, participants will acquire the skills and knowledge needed to care for and educate young children. They will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of tge learnership.

The ECD learnership will combine theoretical and practical learning to prepare participants for careers in early childhood education.
How To Apply For ECD Learnership
To gain practical experience, participants will work in pre-schools and creches. They will be assisting teachers with daily activities, help children with daily routines and observe children’s learning and development.
At the end of the learnership, successful participants will obtain a recognized NQF level 4 qualification.

Early Childhood Development Learnership 2025 – Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be South African citizens between the ages of 18 – 35.
- Must have passed Grade 9 – 12.
- Have passion for teaching children and wish to participate in the development of children.
- Able to read and write.
- Clear criminal record.
- Be physically fit.
- Basic computer skills
Early Childhood Development Learnership 2025 – Responsibilities During The Learnership:
- Lead activities and monitor children’s progress.
- Provide emotional and physical care to children.
- Promote children’s wellbeing.
- Create a safe and secure learning environment for children.
- Enhance children’s learning experience.
- Plan and maintain effective learning programmes for early childhood development.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate children’s progress.
