Pick n Pay – General Workers – Retail store Pick n Pay is looking for general workers at different stores in all provinces. The successful candidates will perform various tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the store.
There is no age limit, and experience is not required to qualify for the position. Training will be be provided.
The company is also offering a Trainee Manager Programme, which is a practical programme where trainees gain retail skills, product knowledge and leadership skills.

- Must have passed Grade 10 or above.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience not required, but will be an added advantage.
- Interpersonal skills.

- Team player, strong work ethic, reliable.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear criminal record.
- Able to stand for long hours.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, packing, moving goods).
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Trainee Manager Programme – Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12.
- Valid drivers license and South African ID.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Flexibility, willing to travel between stores.
- Problem solving skills, assertive and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and results orientated.
- Passed at least 2 competency based interviews.
- Previous experience in retail and departmental management a plus
Pick n Pay – General Workers – Duties And Responsibilities:
- Labeling products with the correct price tags.
- Receiving and sorting stock.
- Restock shelves and organize displays.
- Help customers in locating products.
TFG Grade 12 Jobs (All Provinces)
- Assist cashiers at the till when and as required.
- Ensure that shelvee are clean and well-presented.
- Answer customer queries.
Trainee Manager Programme – Duties And Responsibilities:
- Ensure that basic hygiene and safety, security procedures, and merchandise display standards are adhered to and maintained.
- Conduct quality checks at the allocated stores.
- Monitor budgets, plan promotions, and optimize stock levels.
- Manage employees and ensure that all administration is completed accurately.
