Hyundai YES Programme 2025 – Hyundai Automotive South Africa is inviting ambitious individuals to join their 2025 YES Programme.
Participants will receive workplace readiness training, including professional development, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques, preparing them for long-term success.
Additionally, they will get a chance to network with industry professionals, learn from experienced mentors, and gain insights into different career paths in the automotive sector.
Hyundai YES Programme 2025 – Purpose:
The Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme is designed to provide young people with workplace experience, helping them become more employable.
This programme is a stepping stone into the automotive industry. Many previous YES learners have used this opportunity to secure permanent positions within Hyundai and other leading companies.
Duja Consulting- In-Service Training
Through a YES programme, Hyundai is offering 12-month fixed-term contracts to unemployed youth aged 18 to 35. Participants will receive a monthly stipend to help cover transport and other essential costs.
Learners will be placed in the following departments:
- Human Resources
- Marketing
- IT
- Logistics
- Finance
- Admin
- Sales
- Fleet Management
- Technical

Hyundai YES Programme 2025 – Minimum Requirements:
- Have a Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Be unemployed
- Must be between the ages of 18 – 35 years old
