As a Personal Shopper, your main responsibility will be to assist customers in placing their orders on the Takealot platform.

You will support customers who may not be familiar with online shopping, helping them to understand how it works and ensuring they can easily place their orders.

You will also provide an outstanding customer experience by making sure all orders are delivered correctly and on time.

You will be involved in helping customers navigate the online shopping process, offering suggestions, and explaining how digital payments work.

You’ll need to be patient, friendly, and willing to educate others on how online shopping can make their lives easier.

  • No previous experience is needed. Takealot will provide full training.
