For National Senior Certificate holders:
- APS Score: Minimum 27
- English: Level 4
- Life Science: Level 4
- Mathematics: Level 4 OR Mathematics Literacy: Level 5
- Plus: Any other 3 subjects
For Senior Certificate holders:
- English: HG D or SG C
- Life Science: HG D or SG C
- Mathematics: HG D or SG C
- APS Equivalent: 17
For NC(V) Level 4 applicants:
- English: 50%
- Life Orientation: 50%
- Mathematics Literacy: 50%
- SA Health Care System: 60%
- Public Health: 60%
- Health & The Human Body: 60%
- Community Oriented Primary Health Care: 60%

Selection Process:
Psychometric Assessment
All shortlisted applicants will undergo a compulsory psychometric assessment.
