Eskom YES Programme – Minimum Requirements:
- Must be an unemployed South African Citizen between the ages of 18 to 34 years
- Passed Grade 12 or equivalent
- Have not been permanently employed for more than 12 months, and not studying full-time during the year of the programme
- Be customer focused, have integrity, professional, and have the ability to follow instructions
- Team player, willing to learn and committed to the programme

Eskom YES Programme- Duties & Responsibilities:
During the programme, the successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and updating records
- Supporting teams with basic data capturing and document management
- Help maintain and organise departmental resources and stock
- Receive on-the-job training on workplace systems and safety protocols
- Perform entry-level duties in support of technical, operations, and support teams
Additional Responsibilities:
- Follow and adhere to Eskom’s safety, health, environment, and quality standards
- Take part in team activities, meetings, and routine performance check-ins
