About the Coca-Cola In-Service Training Programme 2025
Coca-Cola Beverages SA understands the importance of practical workplace exposure for students. This structured programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic studies and real-life environments. The in-service training will take place over a full year, during which trainees will rotate through various functions and get mentored by experienced professionals.
You will be working at one of CCBSA’s major sites, contributing to operations while learning how to apply your theoretical knowledge in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.

Coca-Cola In-Service Training 2025 – What You Will Learn & Do
As a Quality Assurance trainee, you will:
- Conduct lab tests on products and packaging
- Compile test reports and log out-of-spec results
- Support cost-effective production with accurate audits
- Apply microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, and maths in real-world settings
- You will gain full insight into food safety standards, lab protocols, and industrial reporting which are all essential skills in the Quality Assurance field .
- Contribute to plant performance goals while building your portfolio of experience.
By the end of the 12 months, you will be job-ready with industry-relevant skills and a stronger CV.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen aged 18–35.
- Completed Grade 12 with at least 40% in Mathematics and Physical Science.
- Registered for a relevant qualification (e.g. Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Food Technology)
- Completed theoretical modules and require workplace training
- Have a letter from your institution confirming the in-service requirement
- Unemployed at time of application and fulfil employment equity criteria
- Have not completed in-service training before (first-timers only).
You must also be passionate about learning, teamwork, and working in a manufacturing environment.
