- Arrive on time for shifts and complete all scheduled hours
- Welcome customers warmly and take orders quickly and accurately
- Prepare McDonald’s menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens safely and efficiently
- Assemble and package food orders correctly before serving
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and equipment at all times
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory to prevent shortages

- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
- Cooperate with team members and managers to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings

McDonald’s South Africa – Crew Member Wanted In All Areas – Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Must live within 15km of the restaurant location you’re applying for
- Clear criminal record
- Previous experience as a Crew Member, Waiter/Waitress, Kitchen Assistant, or similar role (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
