Standard Bank: ATM Assistant – Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- National Certificate in Banking (NQF 5) – FAIS recognised qualification.
- 1–2 years’ branch banking experience (essential).
- Strong understanding of teller operations, bulk cash handling, and ATM processes.
- Sound knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and legal aspects of cash management.
- Ability to work across different branch departments and provide frontline support.
