Nedbank Yes Programme: Nedbank invites unemployed Youth to apply for the 2023 Yes Programme which aims to fight against youth unemployment.

Furthermore, the programme aims to provide unemployed young people with critical skills and work experience that will assist them in entering the job market, making them employable.

Learners will be based in various Nedbank sites, branches and head offices across the country.

During the programme, successful candidates will earn a monthly stipend/allowance to assist them with their living, food, and travel-related expenses.

Programme Title: Nedbank Yes Programme

Duration: 12 Months ( 1 Year )

Location: All Nine Provinces

Closing Date: Not Stated- Applications Close As Soon As The Positions Have Been Filled. The Pogramme Starts On May 1st, 2023

Nedbank Yes Programme Minimum Requirements:

Interested applicants must be unemployed young people between the ages of 18 and 29.
Must be currently employed and in possession of a Grade 12/Matric certificate.
In line with the BBEEE act, preference will be given to South African born African, Coloured or Indian citizens.
Have not previously participated in a Yes programme with another organization.
Be willing to work a shift schedule, which may include weekends and public holidays.
Ability to travel to and from the workplace where the candidate will be based.

Please Note:

A shift schedule will depend on the division, role and job requirement.
Some positions will allow for the possibility of working in terms of a hybrid or remote model.
The Nedbank YES Programme is not a learnership, internship or apprenticeship programme.
