During the internship, interns will be provided with guidance and mentorship and will be exposed to different operations of the store’s operations. They will gain practical experience and develop skills in teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time management.

Internship Purpose:
Internships at PEP aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice. Interns will gain understanding of the strategic, operational, and administrative functions of the company.
In the successful completion of the internships, interns may be offered a permanent position subject to job availability.

- South African citizen.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in various departmental projects and provide support where needed.
- Create reports and presentations as required.
Marketing Interns- Conduct research on marketing strategies and retail industry trends.
Supply Chain Interns- Provide assistance in managing logistics, distribution, and procurement processes.
Human Resources Interns: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conduct orientations and addressing employee enquiries.
